If you want to search for property within a certain area the best way is via Post Code. If you are unsure of what post codes to search by NZ Post provides a series of maps. Click HERE to view them.
Once you know the post code you can search using the Keywords search on FindSpace.

If you entered your post code when you added your listing and it is not showing on the main page it is because it was entered before we change the code to display it.
All you have to do is login to My Account and click edit on your listing and then click GO to save it. If you haven’t entered a post code then we suggest you do as FindSpace is the only site currently that lets buyers search by post code (via keywords).

It is a feature of FindSpace that we automatically expire all listings after 28 Days. This is to ensure that the data is always current as there is nothing more annoying than enquiring about a property that is no longer available.
You will be sent an e-mail a week before the listing expires and again once it has expired. To re-list all you have to do is login to My Account and you will be taken to the Manage My Account page. Her you will see all your expired listings in red and at the top of the list. Just click on relist to kick it off again.
At this point you can also edit your listing and/or upgrade the listing to another plan for greater exposure.
If you have been successful in finding a tenant or buyer for your property we ask that you withdraw your listing in this same area.

The current Keyword Search tool is based around an ‘or’ search string. What this means is if you type in Manchester Street, the system will return everything with Manchester and everything with Street.
The best way to use it is only use one word, but watch this space as we are working on a way of giving you he option to create ‘and’ search strings as well.

If you are looking for Office Space then you should start your search at www.findspace.co.nz. Findspace is dedicated to making it easier for you to find what you are after by using our POWER SEARCH.

If you are looking for Warehouse Space then Findspace is the best place to find it because it is highly likely that you will also want some Office Space and maybe some Showroom Space.
Most website only let you search by Total Floor Area, whereas Findspace lets you split Total Floor Area into the makeup of Area you are after. For example, you may require 200 m2 of Warehouse Space with 50 m2 of Office Space and 20 m2 of Showroom Space. Our POWER SEARCH lets you search on your exact needs, thereby saving you time as you just focus on those properties that meet your requirements.

We strongly suggest you enter the Post Code for your property because our users can search for properties based on post code. This lets them limit their search by a simple area format.
We have added a link beside the Post Code field so you can easily look up the post code for your property.
To search by Post Code just key it into the Keyword Search.
