Sue Collis Commercial has been an ardent supporter of Findspace ever since the site started and Sue went out of her own to start her own Commercial Real Estate company.
Her website utilizes our ClientSpace feature whereby we push all her listings from Findspace back to her website in realtime. This uses iFrame technology and means Sue does not have to worry about developing her own listing capability on her website, saving her heaps in development costs.

Findspace today launched a dedicated website to show available Commercial Real Estate available within Christchurch.
The site has been divided into Office, Retail, Industrial and Wanted listings and uses the ClientSpace feature which pushes the data directly from Findspace to the new site.
All listings must be loaded onto Findspace and are totally FREE. The site is called Workspace and can be found at www.workspace.co.nz.

Ryan Property Agents who trade as Harcourts Royal Oak are now pushing thoir listings through to Findspace.
As they are a Commercial Only Real Estate Agency, there was a very good fit with Findspace and who they wish to promote their listings to.

Commercial Real Estate extraordinare, Sue Collis, has launched a new Commercial Real Estate agency in Auckland.
Sue has previously worked for Bayley’s and Colliers International in Auckland but now after eight years it was time to go out on her own.
Sue was the Top Salesperson in 2006 and achieved Outstanding Performance in 2007, both on Commercial.
You can view Sue’s website at www.suecollis.co.nz on which she is using the ClientSpace option from Findspace. This is a free service that pushes all her listings from Findspace directly to her own site. The beauty of this is that she only needs to maintain the data on Findspace.

Last night saw us reaching a new milestone here are Findspace. We now have over 500 listings on the site and once our current development is completed we expect this number to keep growing very quickly.
Following some site visits last week it has become clear to us that most people are unaware of the many features available within Findspace.
This I guess is our fault for not making it more obvious. To solve this we are currently developing a number of documents outlining what you can do and how you can do it. We have just completed the first which is to assist Branch Admins in their role. Other to come will cover;

Next week we need to take the site down for a short period as we move it to a new server.
We have been told the transition should be pretty painless so here’s hoping.
The site will be unavailable form 0900 to approx 1200 on Tuesday May 3rd.
