Findspace adds new User Guides

Following some feedback from users who told us they did not have the time to fully explore Findspace, we have now produced a number of User Guides and Factsheets.

These cover items such as:

  • Getting Started
  • Branch Administrator Functions
  • Search Tools
  • Tickle Me Factsheet

More will be added as time goes on so if you are unsure of anything then the best place to start might be here – http://blog.findspace.co.nz/user-guides/

Tickle Me is Now FREE

We have amended our pricing to make the Tickle Me is now a FREE plan on FindSpace.

Tickle Me allows users to ‘test the market’ with their property to see if there is any interest in possibly selling it.  All details that could identify the vendor and the property are hidden but all other information is searchable.

So if you have a property and wondering should you sell it, why not get ‘Tickled‘ and see what happens.

Tickle Me With Your Best Offer!

FindSpace introduces a new plan to its Commercial Property Website.  The plan is called Tickle Me and it comes about following meetings with property investors to have a means of putting their properties ‘out there’ unofficially.

It follows the adage that ‘everything is for sale at the right price’ but up until now there was no way to list a property that was not on the market, now there is.

With the Tickle Me plan you enter all your property details but we hide all the information that would allow a user to identify the property or the owner.  The only way the owner can be contacted is via our Enquiry Form.

The idea is you search for properties that you are interested in buying using the SpaceFinder.  Those that are on the market show the address and contact details.  The Tickle Me listings also show up as they meet your search criteria.  If you like the sound of the Tickle Me listing you e-mail the vendor and if they are interested in selling you get together and sort out a deal.

The option will also be useful for Real Estate firms who maintain ‘off the books’ listings.  Now they too can promote the property on-line but keep the details totally private.  The cost is $25 per 130 days.

One Click Re-Listing

As you are aware, every 28 days your listing expires and needs re-listing (a simple one click operation once logged in).  We do this to ensure that the listings on our site are always current.

We are going to make this process even easier in that when we send you the e-mail reminder that your listing has expired there will be a link in the e-mail which you can just click on to re-list your property so need need to login to FindSpace.

However, if you are not getting the response you are seeking you should try re-writing your description and adding some Listing Attributes to freshen up your ad.
