Everything we do in FindSpace is designed with one over-riding objective in mind, How Does it Benefit the End User?.  Our site is focused on making it easier for the end users to quickly find the perfect commercial property.

If a feature does not benefit our end users we don’t do.  We keep the main site as uncluttered as possible and use our Blog site to add extra detail, help files and faq’s.

END USER BENEFITS

• Every listing will show an indicative price (except properties for sale by Tender, Auction or Private Treaty as its not possible to show one).
• Every listing will show the properties address (so you know exactly where it is)
• Every listing will include a post code (for geographical groupings)
• Every listing can show the Area Makeup of the property.  What this means is a property can be shown to have some Office, Retail and Storage space and what each size is.
• All listings display a calculated m² value so you easily compare value
• All lease values are Nett with outgoings shown separately
• We provide three search tools, a QuickSearch, the SpaceFinder search and a Criteria Search.  More details below
• You can view your shortlist of properties on Google Maps as a group, thereby seeing how each property relates to each other and where you wish to be.  We call this GroupSpace
• You can search for properties by Post Code
• All listings automatically expire every 28 days and must be re-listed if the property is still available (no more chasing properties that have been sold/filled)

SEARCH TOOLS

The QuickSearch appears on the front page and lets you search by Keyword, Region and Category.

The SpaceFinder search lets you search on every field and is the most comprehensive search tool available on any web site.  There are two levels of search,  a Basic and Advanced Search.

• You can search on multiple Suburbs
• Use the scroll bars with your mouse to set values
• You can undo last search to run ‘what if‘ scenarios
• You can save your search parameters and get emailed details about any new listings that meet your requirements

Criteria Search is the ability to search on key features, for example, shower, close to cbd etc.  Every listing allows the vendor to outline additional one line descriptions that help highlight the property.  To use the Criteria Search you must be logged in, just drag and drop criteria that are important to you into the Criteria Search Box.  Available on the Listing Detail page only.

LISTING PLANS

• Keep it Simple – our Free plan, limited text, photos and criteria
• Add more Value – our first paid plan allows extra detail and photos and ensures the listing ranks first in their Category.
• Get me out There – our premier plan that allows even more detail and photos.  These listings rank above all others and appear on the front page.
• Tickle Me – a paid plan that allows you to test the market for interest in a property (sale only).  The listing is displayed anonymously so the building cannot be identified.

REAL ESTATE AGENTS

FindSpace provides a site 100% focused on Commercial Real Estate, you won’t find any houses or shoes advertised here.

• We can import data through our XML Data Feed process
• Subscription options are available
• Currently its FREE to list on our Keep it Simple plan
• Use our SpaceFinder search to quickly identify listings for your clients
• You can market properties under your Agency name
• You can have unlimited Agents per Agency
• Each Agent has their own URL link to all their listings (great to add to e-mail signatures, business cards etc)
• Simple, one-click, e-mail reminder to re-list expired listings every 28 days
• Detailed stats available for listings and Agents

FindSpace provides a site 100% focused on Commercial Real Estate, you won’t find any houses or shoes advertised here.  Unlike many other sites, you have the same options available to you as Real Estate Agents.
