Currenlty looking for offices in Auckland. Just wanted to comment on how much I appreciate being able to specify so much detail about my requirements using the Space Finder. Rather than having to look through dozens of listings that loosely match my criteria, I can go straight to the ones that specifically meet my needs – saves me time!
Another comment on saving me time. I have to say, I will never bother to phone an agent to find out the price. So a note to those who put listings on Findspace – Display Your Price!
Peter, your comments on quoting prices is a good one- one thing through, in this market these rentals are definately a guide- the rentals that end up being achieved are all determined by the terms and conditions, hence the rentals are not always displayed-

Being an Independent Commercial Broker, has my skills primarily in face to face negotiations, Selling and Leasing, leaving very little time for loading properties on sites etc. It was invaluable to meet with Justin and be guided through the simple process of loading property onto Findspace that directly feeds my website. The headache of working confusing templates is over and I am very grateful. Findspace has saved me from a lot of frustrating hours- thanks!
