New Commercial Real Estate Agency launches in Auckland

Commercial Real Estate extraordinare, Sue Collis, has launched a new Commercial Real Estate agency in Auckland.

Sue has previously worked for Bayley’s and Colliers International in Auckland but now after eight years it was time to go out on her own.

Sue was the Top Salesperson in 2006 and achieved Outstanding Performance in 2007, both on Commercial.

You can view Sue’s website at www.suecollis.co.nz on which she is using the ClientSpace option from Findspace.  This is a free service that pushes all her listings from Findspace directly to her own site.  The beauty of this is that she only needs to maintain the data on Findspace.

Findspace reaches new milestone

Last night saw us reaching a new milestone here are Findspace.  We now have over 500 listings on the site and once our current development is completed we expect this number to keep growing very quickly.

Following some site visits last week it has become clear to us that most people are unaware of the many features available within Findspace.

This I guess is our fault for not making it more obvious. To solve this we are currently developing a number of documents outlining what you can do and how you can do it.  We have just completed the first which is to assist Branch Admins in their role.  Other to come will cover;

  • Using the Search Tools especially the SpaceFinder and GroupSpace
  • Setting up a ClientSpace site (see www.mcintoshrealty.co.nz)

CBRE Wellington Starts Feed to FindSpace

Following the development of a data feed by OSL, CBRE Wellington is the first Real Estate Agency off the block to start using it.

We hope that many more will start to follow soon, especially the other CBRE branches.

It is great that a company such as CBRE feels it is worthwhile doing a feed to Findspace.  Not only can potential clients use the power of the SpaceFinder search tool, but so to can their Agents allowing them to respond immediately to customer requests.
